Jaché Adams was educated at Heron Bay Primary School and Warwick Academy before earning his Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Mary’s University. He also earned a Professional Certificate in Strategic Public Financial Management, further strengthening his background in finance, governance, and public policy. Upon graduating, Minister Adams began his professional career at Butterfield Bank, where he spent 12 years working in both the Bermuda and Cayman Islands offices. During his tenure at the bank, he held several roles across the organization before leaving as an Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Banking Department. Following his banking career, Minister Adams served as an Advisor to the Minister of Finance and later as the Junior Minister of Finance, contributing to national fiscal policy and economic initiatives.

In 2020, Minister Adams was elected as the Member of Parliament for Constituency 19, Pembroke West. Since 2025, he has served as the Minister of Public Works and Environment. In this role, he oversees Bermuda’s public infrastructure, including roads, public lands, parks, water infrastructure, waste services, and environmental management. His ministry is also responsible for conservation, fisheries regulation, agriculture, and the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo. Minister Adams previously served as Chairman of the National Sports Centre and as Chairman of the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation, where he supported entrepreneurship and community development initiatives. He continues to support various small businesses through board service and mentorship. He remains an active member of the community through Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and has volunteered as a math tutor for an adult GED programme. For recreation, Minister Adams enjoys basketball, bowling, and has recently taken up golf.
